Het “Zomerschool-team” is hard aan het werk om van het weekend van vrijdag 14 juli 2023 tot en met zondag 16 juli 2023 een onvergetelijk Aikido weekend te maken. Het is de zomerschool van alle dojo’s van de Aikido Federatie Nederland. Aikidoka van andere organisaties zijn ook welkom.
Zet de datum alvast in je agenda! Het programma is nu bekend. Wij hopen een inspirerende zomerschool te bieden met Nick Waites (6e dan, UK), John Goverts Shihan (6e dan, Piet Lagerwaard Shihan (6e dan), Trudeke Sterringa (6e dan), Philippe Notenboom (5e dan) en Erik van Oorschot (5e dan), allen leerlingen van wijlen Terry Ezra Shihan. Het programma is gericht op verdieping van ons aikido door bijzondere lessen, en het creëren van gezelligheid en verbinding. De locatie wordt binnenkort aangekondigd.

* De Strand- en watertraining vindt plaats in het mooie en inspirerende Grintgat in Oosterbeek. We doen kort wapenwerk op het strand gevolgd door ademhalingsoefeningen, torifune en furitama gedurende max 10 minuten in het water. De training is geïnspireerd door Linda Holiday Shihan (7e dan, USA), die deze training gaf tijdens haar stagebezoek aan Nederland in mei dit jaar.
* The Beach and water training will be held in the pleasant and inspiring Gravel Lake in Oosterbeek. We will do weapons training on the beach followed by brathing exercises, torifune and furitama in the water during max 10 minutes. The training is inspired by Linda Holiday Shihan (7th Dan, USA) who taught us this practice during her visit to the Netherlands last May.

Aikido Summer Weekend 14-16 July 2023 (English version)
Our Summer school team is working hard to prepare an unforgettable Aikido weekend from Friday 14 July till Sunday 16 July 2023. The Aikido Federation of the Netherlands invites all her dojo members to participate.
Aikidoka from other organisations and countries are most welcome, too!
We hope to offer and inspiring summer school with the following teachers: Nick Waites (6th Dan, UK), John Goverts Shihan (6th Dan, Piet Lagerwaard Shihan (6th Dan), Trudeke Sterringa (6th Dan), Philippe Notenboom (5th Dan) and Erik van Oorschot (5th Dan). All of them are students of the late Terry Ezra Shihan. The programme is focused on deepening our aikido by special teachings, while at the same time creating an atmosphere of conviviality and connection among the participants. The location will be announced soon.
